Cancelation Policy For Physical Items:
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
- Contact me within 7 days of delivery.
- Ship items back within 14 days of delivery ( You are responsible for return shipping costs)
I don't accept cancellations.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
- Written Patterns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Cancellation Policy for Crafting Classes:
This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the cancellation and rescheduling of crafting classes, in-person tutoring sessions, online tutoring sessions, or other events ("Classes") offered by Radiant Beans ("Provider") to students and/or participants ("Students"). By enrolling in a Class, Students agree to abide by the terms of this Policy.
1. Notice of Cancellation:
a. Students must provide notice of cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the Class.
b. Notice of cancellation can be provided via phone call, email, or any other method approved by the Provider.
c. The effective date of cancellation will be the date the Provider receives the notice.
2. No Refunds for Late Cancellations:
a. If a Student fails to provide the required notice of cancellation or cancels the Class within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, no refund will be provided by the Provider.
b. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
3. Rescheduling:
a. A Student who cancels a Class within the specified notice period may be entitled to one rescheduling opportunity.
b. The rescheduling option allows the Student to select a new date and time for the same or a similar Class, subject to availability and Provider approval.
c. The rescheduled Class must be completed within a reasonable timeframe agreed upon by the Student and the Provider.
d. If the rescheduled Class cannot be attended by the Student, the cancellation policy will apply according to the original cancellation date.
4. Provider's Right to Cancel:
a. The Provider reserves the right to cancel a Class due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events.
b. In the event of Provider-initiated cancellation, the Student will be notified promptly, and the option to reschedule will be provided.
5. Exceptions:
The Provider may make exceptions to this Policy on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion, taking into consideration extenuating circumstances presented by the Student.
6. Severability:
If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By enrolling in a Class, Students acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of this Cancellation Policy. The Provider reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated to the Students in writing or through an updated version made available on the Provider's website.
